PAAF Hall of Fame Dinner
PAAF is hosting the Inaugural Hall of Fame Dinner on
October 16, 2008 at the San Jose Police Officers Association hall. This
event will honor past and present San Jose Police Officers and PAAF
members that have excelled in athletics throughout their police careers.
Please join us in honoring these outstanding police officer athletes.

Hershey's Youth Track and Field Meet |
The 2008 Hershey’s Youth Track
and Field meet was held May 18th at
Evergreen High School. Several
hundred children competed with hopes
of qualifying for the State Meet.
Each child was able to participate
free of charge because of PAAF’s
sponsorship. PAAF Board members were
on hand all day proudly awarding
medals to the top three finishers in
each event. These medal winners
qualified for the State Meet.
The State Hershey’s Youth Track and
Field Meet was held at Oak Grove
High School on June 14th. The top
three finishers of each event from
all over the State competed for a
chance to run at the National Meet
in Hershey, Pennsylvania. PAAF
provided the San Jose Police
Department Mounted Unit Color Guard,
the SJPD Motor Unit and Officer
Robert Payne playing the National
Anthem on the trumpet.

Track and Field Meet will be held in
August in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Several San Jose area competitors
qualified to compete in Hershey.
PAAF is proud to be a sponsor of
this great event.
